Pomarangi site upgrade

This upgrade has been postponed until 24/3 We will be upgrading equipment at our Pomarangi repeater site to bring more capacity and reliability online.

Maintenance window: March 24 10am - 4pm

During this upgrade, sites affected will be running on backup links. Customers connected to the sites below will experience lower than usual speeds while new equipment is installed. We do not expect any extended outages.

Sites affected:

  • Pomarangi
  • Piripiri
  • Te Waitere
  • Taharoa
  • Kinohaku
Kawhia area outage

This upgrade has been postponed until 24/3 We will be upgrading equipment at our Pomarangi repeater site to bring more capacity and reliability online.

Maintenance window: March 24 10am - 4pm

During this upgrade, backhaul connections to the sites affected will be down for up to 1 hour while new equipment is installed and configured. All customers connected to the affected sites will have no connectivity.

Sites affected: Old Hill (Puti - Kawhia) Pearl Ave (Township - Kawhia)

Customers connected to Kinohaku, Te Waitere or Taharoa sites will not be affected.

Piripiri site upgrade

We will be upgrading equipment at our Piripiri repeater site to bring more capacity and reliability online.

Maintenance window: March 25 10am - 4pm

During this upgrade, customers connected to the sites below will experience short outages of up to 15 minutes.

  • Taharoa

Core Network Components Upstream provider outage

One of our upstream providers has had an equipment failure, we are currently running with limited capacity and working to increase this.

Waikawau Issue with Site,

One of the sectors on the site is having issues, some customers connected to the site will currently be experiencing loss of service, or slow service.

23/2 5:30pm - Our team remotely reconfigured equipment to get customers back online overnight. 24/2 11:00am - Technicians have been dispatched to site for repairs. 24/2 1:22pm - Technicians have replaced the failed hardware and customer connections are restoring. If your connection has not restored please turn your dish and router off for 5 minutes.
