Our main backaul to our Te Raumauku site has failed overnight due to a suspected cable fault.
This affects customers connected to the following sites
Te Raumauku
Pururu
Owaikura
Tahaia
Our team will be heading to site to resolve this issue as soon as it is safe to do so.
Update 8:30am - After accessing site we have found damage to the transmission cable. The team are currently working on a repair.
Update 11:30am - The damage is more significant than expected, our team are working on a temporary fix to get the sites back online.
Update 12:06pm - The team has done a temporary repair and are working on a final repair. This will cause the sites to go offline as we change cables.
Update 12:39pm - The team has completed the repair and we will monitor the situation.
