The team are watching our Kawhia sites which are currently running on battery due to a power cut. Due to the overnight storm, roads to the site are closed. We have shut down all non essential equipment and expect batteries to last the duration.

With the heavy weather warnings our team are watching the network.

We have had primary backhauls go down in the heavy rain and swap to alternate paths.

For the most part our network is holding up well.

At times customers may notice a drop in speeds as our network dynamically changes paths when the main artery links fail.

We have been informed by our service partner of an issue affecting all 4G FWA connections nation wide. They are currently investigating the issue and implementing a fix. We will provide updates as they are received.

The team have deployed a work around that has restored data services. Txt and voice resolution ongoing

Our team will be upgrading our Mokauiti 2 site to add extra capacity.

Customers will experience a short outage as we change over equipment.
