Past Incidents

With the heavy weather warnings our team are watching the network.

We have had primary backhauls go down in the heavy rain and swap to alternate paths.

For the most part our network is holding up well.

At times customers may notice a drop in speeds as our network dynamically changes paths when the main artery links fail.

We have been informed by our service partner of an issue affecting all 4G FWA connections nation wide. They are currently investigating the issue and implementing a fix. We will provide updates as they are received.

Update: 22:35 12/02/26

The team have deployed a work around that has restored data services. Txt and voice resolution ongoing

Our team will be upgrading our Mokauiti 2 site to add extra capacity.

Customers will experience a short outage as we change over equipment.

We currently have an outage at our Mangaotaki repeater site. The teams are investigating and hope to resolve soon

Update A technician is on their way to site. ETA is 16:45

Update 18:00 We have identified a failed radio, a replacement is enroute to site.

Update 19:40 Equipment has been replaced and services have been restored.
