We have identified a network issue with one of upstream providers and have switched over to a backup connection.
We are working with our provider to resolve the issue.
Update:
Engineers have identified an issue of packet loss between NTC (Auckland) and Hamilton affecting the Waikato area. Engineers are currently working on the resolution.
