Our team will be upgrading parts of our core network between 4am and 6am from Monday the 23rd of March until Wednesday the 25th of March

Customers may notice a brief disconnection of services during this time.

MyWD Customer Portal and Billing System Software Update, scheduled 2 years ago

Our Billing System will be updated at this time and should take up to 30 minutes to complete. while this update is happening,

  • customers will not be able to Log onto the MyWD Customer Poral
  • Any customer disconnected during the update period will not be able to reconnect until the update is finished.

Network upgrade, scheduled 2 years ago

Our team will be replacing core network equipment as part of our refresh program.

We expect multiple small outages between midnight and 6am on Monday 27th of November.

Our repacement went well, if you experience issues please restart your WD router.
