Our team will be upgrading backhaul equipment to increase capacity to our Walker Road transmission site.

This work will take place between 10am and 3pm and affect customers connected to the following sites

  • Reynolds Road
  • Honikiwi
  • Chindie
  • Waitete
  • Mangarino
  • Hangatiki East

Customers may notice a reduction of speeds during this time.

We have currently got one of the accesspoints offline on our pukenui road site. The team is investigating the issue.

Update 10:28am - Technicians are on the way to site to investigate possible cable damage. Update 12:26pm - This issue has been resolved
