Our team will be upgrading our Nukuhakari site on Wednesday the 12th of February, weather permitting.

We expect outages of up to 20 minutes at a time during the maintenance window.

Mt Misery - site replacement, scheduled 2 months ago

Our team have been working on replacing the current Mt Misery site to bring it inline with our network standards.

We expect multiple outages for customers connected to this site while we comission and cut over equipment.

Maintenance window: Wednesday 5th February 10AM - 5PM

This site replacement has now been completed.

Chorus Fibre Network Fibre services for part of Te Kuiti

There has been fibre cut in Te Kuiti, affecting customers around Queen Street and Awakino Road. 5/02/2025 5.20pm - Chorus Status page advises that it should be fixed by N/A - we will update once we get more information.

06/02/2025 01:12 Update Services continues to be impacted. No current ETA. Next update on status change.

Update 06/02/2025 8:03 Update No official update from chorus but we have seen all customer services restored

WD Rural Wireless Network Mt Misery site potential fault

We are watching our Mt Misery site closely due to battery alerts. We dont expect the site to go offline and our team are currently working to replace the site. This site has now been replaced with a new one 30m further up the hill.

WD Rural Wireless Network Keryx network outage

Our Mokau hilltop site has gone down for unknown reasons. The team are investigating and will update this ticket as soon as we have any further information

2.45pm, technicians are on route to the mokau hill site to investigate and repair. 4.00pm, technicians have arrived onsite. 4.45pm, technicians have resolved the issue, services are now coming back online. And are currently being monitored
