Past Incidents

Chorus has advised that they will be performing upgrades on their network which may affect some Wireless Dynamics services.

Date: 17th - 18th February Impacted services: Chorus fibre services Maintainance window: 11PM - 6AM

Our team will be upgrading the Keryx Awakau site equipment. During this upgrade customers will experience short outages of up to 15 minutes at a time through out the maintenance window.

Date: 30th of January 2025 Maintenance window: 10:30am - 4:00pm
