Past Incidents

Our team are realigning equipment at the Keryx Nukuhakiri and Mt Misery sites as part of our network maintenance and upgrade program. We expect short outages during the day as this realignment happens.

Unfortunately a set of batteries have failed overnight causing an outage to all keryx sites.

Our team are working with the Keryx team to get the issue resolved and sites back online.

We expect customers to be back online by 11am
