We have scheduled maintenance to change out the power supply for our Te Anga Site.

There is a possibility there could be a small backhaul outage of 15 minutes while this happens.

The maintenance window for this is 15/05/2025 between 10am and 1pm. Dependent on weather. The backup date to do this is on the 16/05/2025.

We currently have an outage at our Mahoenui site affecting a handful of customers. Our team will be on site tomorrow to replace failed hardware.

11:00am 22/11 our team are currently onsite investigating. 11:34am 22/11 our team have replaced the faulty hardware and services are restoring for customers.
