Past Incidents

We are currently monitoring the high winds and have some site running on backup links due to weather damage. Our network is operating normally and we do not expect any major outages.

We have identified an issue with our backhaul between Te Kuiti and Auckland. We are mitigating this and hope to have it resolved soon.

This affects Datacentre and some wireless customers.

Hardware has been replaced, we will monitor the situation to ensure this is resolved.

Our team will be upgrading customer dish software over the next 3 days on our view road site to enable hardware upgrades in the coming months.
