10.40am Issue with backhaul to the site, technicians are currently investigating. 11.05am problem can't be resolved remotely, technicians are being sent to site. 11.50am issue has been resolved.

We are currently investigating issues with our Walker Road transmitter. Our team are heading to site and we hope to have this resolved soon. Number of customers affected: 5 Issues have been resolved.

The team will be completing a backhaul upgrade at our Walker Road Site in the morning of the 29/11/2022 in preparation for the Waitete upgrade. We do not expect there to be any outages for customers.

The team will be completing an upgrade to our Waitete Site Tomorrow afternoon 29/11/2022 We expect that there will be a small outage for the customers connected to that site of about 20 Minutes in the late afternoon.

Stage one of our upgrade has been completed. We expect small outages overnight as we upgrade firmware on the uplinks to the site.
