Past Incidents

We will be upgrading our Mangaotaki 2 site on Wednesday the 27th of April.

This will cause an outage of up to an hour for customers connected to this site.

We expect this outage to be around 2pm.

22/04/2022 10:02am Currently there is an issue with the Backhaul service to Potaka 1 Site, some users may experience some performance issues. Technicians are currently working on resolving

26/04/2022 9:08am Technicians will be visiting site this morning to resolve the issue, users may experience some small outages of up to 15 minutes, while this issue is resolved.
