Our engineering team will be making changes to our wireless network over the next 30 days.
The majority of changes will be done between midnight and 6am.
Customers may notice disconnections of up to 10 minutes during this time.

We will be upgrading our main Mahoenui backhaul tomorrow morning around 11am. We expect this to take up to half an hour for services to restore.
We will be migrating to new core hardware for our DSL & fibre customers. We expect a 5 minute outage while we roll over to the new equipment.

We are investigating issues with our chindie transmitter site this morning. This is affecting our Chindie/Maihihi sites.
8:30am - This issue has been identified as a faulty GPS Antenna. The team is heading to site and the faulty part will be replaced.
9:01am - Team is on site and preparing to change antenna.
9:23am - Antenna has been replaced and backhaul is now back in operation.
