Past Incidents

We have identified an issue with one of our main backhauls. The team is working on this and it should be resolved shortly. Issues have been resolved 4pm 20/1/2021

We will be replacing equipment at our Chindie site to resolve intermittent issues and increase the capacity to the site. We expect 1 major outage to internet and phone services of up to 15 minutes as we upgrade the switching equipment and main backhaul link. This will only affect customers connected to our Chindie site in the Otorohanga district.
