Walker Road Backhaul, scheduled 5 years ago

We will be upgrading our Walker Road backhaul between 10am and 1pm on Friday the 17th. During this time our network will be running on backup links which have reduced capacity.

12:30pm Update: Upgrades have been completed and network is now running as per normal.

Core Network Components Network connectivity

We have identified a network issue with one of upstream providers and have switched over to a backup connection. We are working with our provider to resolve the issue.

Update: Engineers have identified an issue of packet loss between NTC (Auckland) and Hamilton affecting the Waikato area. Engineers are currently working on the resolution.
