Puketutu site upgrade, scheduled 5 years ago

We will be upgrading routing, switching and radio equipment on or puketutu site between 9am and 1pm. We expect minimal disruption to customers, how ever there will be up to 3 outages as we change equipment. we expect these to take no longer than 10 minutes each. All other sites on this part of our network will run via backup links while work is completed.

Brittens Upgrade, scheduled 5 years ago

We will be installing new backhaul radios and extra batteries at our Brittens site, This will take the site offline for around 10 minutes while we add the new batteries. This will also take our Waipa Valley site offline while the changes are made.

Rangitoto Upgrade, scheduled 5 years ago

We will be installing new radio equipment at our Rangitoto site, we do not expect any downtime.

Radio software upgrades, scheduled 5 years ago

We will be upgrading software on some of our main radio links over night. We don't expect any outages, all sites will fail over to backup links with reduced capacity. The sites affected: Oparure, Mokauiti, Mokauiti2, Mahoenui, Mahoenui2, Piopio, Mangaotaki, Mangaotaki2, Pomarangi and Taumatatotora sites.

We expect this to take around 30 minutes.
