Past Incidents

Our team will be visiting the Mokau transmit site on Tuesday 31/3 for maintenance.

Our team will be changing power feed cables on site, this will cause outages of up to 10 minutes. We will also be cutting over some remote sites to new backhaul dishes to replace rusty or damaged units.

Engineers are investigating an issue with our Mokau hilltop site.

Customers in the area may be experiencing outages as the site is rebooting regularly.

Services have been stable since 12:30pm

Our Marokopa site is reporting low signal strength which looks to be from wind.

We have a team heading out tomorrow to inspect and resolve any issues.

Update 7:06pm - Engineers have rerouted sites to optimise services and keep connections stable. Customers will experience lower speeds during this time. We have a team heading to site at first light.

Update 10:50pm

We are monitoring our transmit site closely as the evening progresses.

Currently redundant paths are holding in but it looks like there has been physical damage to the structure and if the wind persists we may lose all all services overnight.

Update 08:00am 27/3 Most services have stayed online overnight and wind is slowly reducing, A Team is enroute to site to assess damage.

Update 10:08am 27/3 Our team has arrived on site and confirmed structual damage. A Plan is currently being formed and we aim to get the services up and running ASAP

Update 12:43pm 27/3 Our team has repaired the damage and services have been restored.
