Our team will be rebooting the 8 Mile transmission site to enable better monitoring of our solar equipment.

This will cause a brief outage for all customers connected to the following transmission sites for up to 10 minutes as software patches are applied.

Waikawau Mt Misery / Whareorino

Our Mt Misery repeater has degraded backhaul, we suspect damage by wind, our team is working on options and will updated. Customers are currently still online but will experience slower than normal services.

18:40 - Engineers have managed to add extra capacity to the site but it is still low on capacity. Field techs will be despatched to the site once it is safe to do so.

29-10 13:45 - Full service has been restored.
