Customer Portal Customer Portal

We are currently experiencing an outage with our customer portal due to an upgrade taking longer than expected. We hope to have this resolved soon.

11.43am Customer Portal has been restored, but some customers are still not able to reach the page. Engineers are currently working on this issue, and hope to have it restored ASAP. In the mean time, please call us if you have any queries.

19/07/2025 - portal issue has now be resolved, customer can now log back into the customer portal.

WD Rural Wireless Network Waitanguru site outage

Our Waitanguru repeater site has failed overnight, Our team are looking into this and will try to remotely restore services.

Customers connected to the following sites will be affected.

  • Waitanguru
  • Pungarehu
  • Puketiti

WD Rural Wireless Network Waitanguru outage warning

Due to the extended bad weather over the last few weeks, our Waitanguru site is alerting that the battery levels are now extremely low.

This is an advisory that the site may start to shut components down to save battery overnight.

This may affect customers connected to the following sites

  • Waitanguru
  • Pumgarehu
  • Puketiti

We have a team Heading to site tomorrow.

Our team have visited site and upgraded components to improve charging.
