There is currently a fault affecting a large number of our customers around, Te Anga, kinohaku, Taharoa, Kawhia, techs are on route.
Our techs have arrived on site and rewired accordingly.

MarokopaTM Station issues
Our systems have alerted us to degraded backhauls for our TM Station site.
This will be causing congestion to customers connected to this site.
The team are investigating and will make changes as required to resolve.
Maintenance window: 3/4/25 9:00 - 16:00
Customers will notice outages for up to 15 minutes at a time during this window.
Update 3/4/25 9:38 - Engineers have made changes to the site and we are monitoring.
