Walker Road upgrade

Our team will be upgrading backhaul equipment to increase capacity to our Walker Road transmission site.

This work will take place between 10am and 3pm and affect customers connected to the following sites

  • Walker Road
  • Reynolds Road
  • Honikiwi
  • Chindie
  • Waitete
  • Mangarino
  • Hangatiki East

Customers may notice a reduction of speeds during this time.

Coast backhaul repairs, scheduled 2 years ago

We will be replacing a damaged cable at one of our main feeder sites, this will mean much of our coastal coverage will be running on backup links. This will cause degraded performance for those in the Pomarangi, Waitanguru, Marokopa, Kawhia, Kinohaku and Taharoa areas. We expect this to last around half an hour.
