Walker Road upgrade

Our team will be upgrading backhaul equipment to increase capacity to our Walker Road transmission site.

This work will take place between 10am and 3pm and affect customers connected to the following sites

  • Walker Road
  • Reynolds Road
  • Honikiwi
  • Chindie
  • Waitete
  • Mangarino
  • Hangatiki East

Customers may notice a reduction of speeds during this time.

Core network upgrade, scheduled 2 years ago

Our team will be upgrading software on core equipment.

This will cause a brief loss of connectivity for all fibre and datacentre customers. Wireless customers should reroute to alternate paths.

If you have issues after this upgrade please restart your WD equipment.

Currently there is an issue with one of our sites and some customers will be experiencing issues connecting to the internet. Technicians are currently investigating.
