Our team will be installing upgrades at our Kinohaku site tomorrow October 4th.
This will cause an outage of up to 45 minutes to cusomters connected to the following sites

High wind watch
We are currently monitoring the high winds and have some site running on backup links due to weather damage.
Our network is operating normally and we do not expect any major outages.

Core Network ComponentsCore backhaul issues.
We have identified an issue with our backhaul between Te Kuiti and Auckland. We are mitigating this and hope to have it resolved soon.
This affects Datacentre and some wireless customers.
Hardware has been replaced, we will monitor the situation to ensure this is resolved.
