Our team will be upgrading backhaul equipment to increase capacity to our Walker Road transmission site.

This work will take place between 10am and 3pm and affect customers connected to the following sites

Customers may notice a reduction of speeds during this time.

We will be upgrading equipment on our gadsby road site to add capacity. This will cause outages during the day for customers connected to this site.

It will also cause a small outage to customers connected to the following sites for up to 10 minutes.

This upgrade has been completed.

Core Network Components wd core network border fault

Our team have identified an issue with one of our core network border routers.

Engineers will be investigating and making changes overnight to resolve this issue.

Customers will run on redundant connections as we make changes.
