Walker Road upgrade

Our team will be upgrading backhaul equipment to increase capacity to our Walker Road transmission site.

This work will take place between 10am and 3pm and affect customers connected to the following sites

  • Walker Road
  • Reynolds Road
  • Honikiwi
  • Chindie
  • Waitete
  • Mangarino
  • Hangatiki East

Customers may notice a reduction of speeds during this time.

Piopio upgrade, scheduled 3 years ago

We will be shutting down our piopio fibre backhaul for half an hour this afternoon so we can modify our power supply setup.

This may impact performance for customers as the site will move to secondary backhauld.
