Walker Road upgrade

Our team will be upgrading backhaul equipment to increase capacity to our Walker Road transmission site.

This work will take place between 10am and 3pm and affect customers connected to the following sites

  • Walker Road
  • Reynolds Road
  • Honikiwi
  • Chindie
  • Waitete
  • Mangarino
  • Hangatiki East

Customers may notice a reduction of speeds during this time.

Our team will be replacing a damaged backhaul cable which is limiting capacity to some sites. We expect this repair to take around 15 minutes.

This will happen between mid day and 3pm today.
