Walker Road upgrade

Our team will be upgrading backhaul equipment to increase capacity to our Walker Road transmission site.

This work will take place between 10am and 3pm and affect customers connected to the following sites

  • Walker Road
  • Reynolds Road
  • Honikiwi
  • Chindie
  • Waitete
  • Mangarino
  • Hangatiki East

Customers may notice a reduction of speeds during this time.

Our chindie site has been affected by the storm overnight. Our team is investigating and will be onsite today to do repairs

With the expected high winds we are watching our network closely. We do not expect any issues, how ever our team is on standby to visit transmit sites and resolve problems if it is safe to do so.
