Past Incidents

We will be upgrading our site router software on most wireless sites over the next month. We expect small outages at varying times of night, we aim to do these upgrades at times which will cause the least impact for customers.

We have had a site go down due to failing hardware. Technicians are on the way to site and will have it resolved as soon as possible.

This outage has been resolved.

We will be upgrading our power supply and main backhaul link to add capacity to our southern network over 2 days.

Start: Monday 23rd January End: Tuesday 24th January

During this time we expect to have to run some sites on backup paths which will decrease end user speeds for a short amount of time. We expect minimal impact to the network other than this.
