Walker Road upgrade

Our team will be upgrading backhaul equipment to increase capacity to our Walker Road transmission site.

This work will take place between 10am and 3pm and affect customers connected to the following sites

  • Walker Road
  • Reynolds Road
  • Honikiwi
  • Chindie
  • Waitete
  • Mangarino
  • Hangatiki East

Customers may notice a reduction of speeds during this time.

View Road Upgrade #3, scheduled 3 years ago

We will be cutting over to new equipment on Wednesday the 29th of June. We expect a small outage of up to 15 minutes for customers connected to the following sites

  • View Road
  • Te Raumauku
  • Pururu
  • Owaikura

View Road Upgrade #2, scheduled 3 years ago

We will be preparing upgrades on our View Road site on Tuesday the 28th of June. We will be taking the site off mains power for some time as we upgrade our power system. We do not expect any outage.
