Our team are replacing hardware that feeds Rangitoto and Puketutu areas. Lower performance may be experienced by customers in these areas.

Core network upgrades - March 23rd, 24th, 25th

Our team will be upgrading parts of our core network between 4am and 6am from Monday the 23rd of March until Wednesday the 25th of March

Customers may notice a brief disconnection of services during this time.

Emergency Maintenance, scheduled 4 years ago

We will be performing emergency Maintenance this evening.

The maintenance window is from 11:30pm until 6am.

We expect minimal disruption to the majority or services.

Core Network Components Piopio feed fault

We have a fault with our Piopio fibre feed which has reduced capacity to parts of our network. Engineers are working on this issue and hope to have a resolution soon.

Issues have been resolved, how ever we will be monitoring the feed and making changes to improve reliability.
