Our team will be upgrading parts of our core network between 4am and 6am from Monday the 23rd of March until Wednesday the 25th of March

Customers may notice a brief disconnection of services during this time.

Network upgrades, scheduled 4 years ago

We will be upgrading software on parts of our network over the next week. We expect minimum disruption for customers and will perform upgrades out side of peak times where possible.

This will cause outages of up to 5 minutes per site as we upgrade software.

Core Network Components wd-akl-cr1 Fault

We have a fault with our AKL CR1 router which is causing issues. We have rerouted network components to get things working.

7:12pm a technician is en route to resolve the hardware issue.
