Our team are replacing hardware that feeds Rangitoto and Puketutu areas. Lower performance may be experienced by customers in these areas.

Core network upgrades - March 23rd, 24th, 25th

Our team will be upgrading parts of our core network between 4am and 6am from Monday the 23rd of March until Wednesday the 25th of March

Customers may notice a brief disconnection of services during this time.

Pururu site repairs, scheduled 4 years ago

A Technician will be on site 02/02/2022 to repair a faulty cable. We expect this fault to be fairly straight forward and take around 15 minutes to resolve. This will be between 9:30 am and 11:00am

This will cause an outage of up to 15 minutes for the affected sites.
