Customers may notice a brief disconnection of services during this time.

We expect the outage to be around 10 minutes, this will be between 11am and Midday on Thursday the 24th of April.

We will be upgrading our main Mahoenui backhaul tomorrow morning around 11am. We expect this to take up to half an hour for services to restore.
We will be migrating to new core hardware for our DSL & fibre customers. We expect a 5 minute outage while we roll over to the new equipment.

We are investigating issues with our chindie transmitter site this morning. This is affecting our Chindie/Maihihi sites.
8:30am - This issue has been identified as a faulty GPS Antenna. The team is heading to site and the faulty part will be replaced.
9:01am - Team is on site and preparing to change antenna.
9:23am - Antenna has been replaced and backhaul is now back in operation.
