Past Incidents

Our tumutumu site transmit site has become unstable overnight. Technicians are heading to check the issue shortly.

This issue was caused by damage from wildlife.

Issues have resurfaced and our team will be on site tomorrow to replace possible damaged cabling.

Cabling has been replaced and site is fully operational.

We will be upgrading our core equipment between 12:30 and 2:30am. This is part of our network upgrade plan to improve speeds and reliability.

We expect minimal downtime how ever this will affect all sites for a short period overnight.

We will be upgrading equipment on our Omaru site as part of our network upgrade plan. We are expecting an outage of up to 15 minutes as we change out site equipment.
