VoIP Phone Services Phone call issues

Some customers have reported issues where people cannot call from external carriers. We are investigating this issue.

12:41pm An outage with an interconnect partner has resulted in some calls from Spark and Vodafone to WD failing. The upstream partner is working on the issue.

1:53p, The issues have now been resolved by our upstream carrier.
