VoIP Phone Services Incoming Calling Issues

We have been alerted by our upstream provider, that there is currently an issue with calls coming from Spark and Vodafone phones not reaching some of our customers on our VoIP service.

The issue is currently being worked on, there is No ETA at this stage.

We apologize for any inconvenience caused.

This issue was resolved mid afternoon.
