Our team will be visiting the Mokau transmit site on Tuesday 31/3 for maintenance.
We dont expect any outages at this stage, We will update this ticket if the requirement changes.

Walker Road Backhaul, scheduled 6 years ago
We will be upgrading our Walker Road backhaul between 10am and 1pm on Friday the 17th.
During this time our network will be running on backup links which have reduced capacity.
12:30pm Update: Upgrades have been completed and network is now running as per normal.

We have identified a network issue with one of upstream providers and have switched over to a backup connection.
We are working with our provider to resolve the issue.
Update:
Engineers have identified an issue of packet loss between NTC (Auckland) and Hamilton affecting the Waikato area. Engineers are currently working on the resolution.
