Past Incidents

Our team will be updating software on equipment across the network over the next 2 months. This will cause breif outages of up to 5 minutes for customers at times.

We expect no major impact.

This will be ongoing from Monday the 30th of October to Friday the 1st of December.

Our team will be upgrading equipment at our Walker Road site.

This will cause an outage of up to 30 minutes for customers connected to the following sites:

Walker Road Reynolds Road Honikiwi Chindie Waitete Mangarino Hangitiki East

We expect this outage to start between 10am and mid day.

During routine inspection, one of our main core switches has unexpectedly rebooted. Services are restoring and the team will investigate the cause.

Our Mahoenui 2 site has gone offline for unknown reasons. Our team will be heading to site in the morning when it is safe to do so.
